Can I move my existing member list across?

How much does DuesDesk cost after the trial?

Starter is £15 per month or £150 per year, and Pro is £22 per month or £220 per year. Annual billing includes two months free, and VAT is added to paid plans.

Your organisation can add its secure payment-page link and bank transfer instructions. Members can open the link from an unpaid invoice in their portal.

Does a payment update the invoice automatically?

Not yet. A treasurer records the payment in DuesDesk after it arrives, which updates the invoice balance and status.

Can members still pay by bank transfer or cash?

Absolutely, every invoice includes your bank details for anyone who prefers a manual payment, and you can record cash, cheque or transfer payments against the invoice in a single click so the ledger stays accurate.

Who owns the data we put into DuesDesk?

Your organisation controls the member, invoice and payment information it enters into DuesDesk. PDF invoice downloads are available from invoice previews.

Where is the data stored?

Your data is stored in encrypted UK and EU regions on infrastructure that is compliant with UK GDPR, and it is never sold, shared or used to train third-party models.

What happens if we decide to leave?

You can export everything to industry-standard formats before you cancel, and once you close your account we remove your data from active systems in line with our retention policy rather than holding on to it indefinitely.
